This one-of-a-kind upcycled sweater was built entirely from pieces that wouldn’t have survived the thrift store racks. I cut around the oil stains of the original knit, spliced in panels from a men’s button-up that also had marks of its past life, and finished it with fringe made from an estate-sale tablecloth that had a cut down the center and random paint stains. Together, they turned into a soft, ocean-inspired, movement-filled sweater instead of ending up in the trash. (Please note: as shown in the last photo, there is a small section where the fringe is missing. I intentionally placed this along the side so it’s less noticeable, and the price reflects this minor flaw, which is also part of the point of the piece.)
Please note: this garment is made from pre-loved materials and is intentionally imperfect. Each piece is reworked by hand, which means small variations, visible stitching, and minor signs of previous wear may be present. These characteristics are a natural part of the upcycling process and are considered part of the design, not defects. If there is anything major outside of these expected imperfections, it will be clearly noted in the description.
High Tide Fringe Sweater
Please note: this is an upcycled, one-of-a-kind piece made from pre-loved materials. Minor imperfections and signs of wear are inherent to the garment and are part of its character, not considered defects, each item is carefully inspected and I do not intentionally sell garments with major stains, holes, or structural damage. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the unique, imperfect nature of upcycled clothing.
