Back in Five Blazer was inspired by those handwritten signs you see taped inside shop windows in a small town. I started with a vintage blazer and an old T-shirt that had a stretched-out neckline and some stains, cut out the graphic like a little tapestry, and sewed it onto the back of the blazer. To mimic the look of an old sign taped up in a window, I used denim scraps as “tape” strips at the corners. It’s meant to feel a little nostalgic, like something you’d spot on the coolest person walking down Main Street.
Please note: this garment is made from pre-loved materials and is intentionally imperfect. Each piece is reworked by hand, which means small variations, visible stitching, and minor signs of previous wear may be present. These characteristics are a natural part of the upcycling process and are considered part of the design, not defects. If there is anything major outside of these expected imperfections, it will be clearly noted in the description.
